Carpinus betulus ROCKHAMPTON RED (PBR)
This new selection of ordinary hornbeam (Carpinus betulus) has a distinctive and reliable (orange -) red fall color. Then (around the end of November), the leaf turns brown. A portion of this brown leaves remain on the tree until the following spring!
