The Berberis media 'Dual Jewel' is a semi evergreen variety with attractive, orange discolored growths.
Dense shrub with rounded crown, arching stems and spreading habit, growing up to 1 m in height. Semi-evergreen leaves, lasting in mild winters. Leaf blades which are oval, yellow-green, leathery and glossy. Triple thorns, long and sharp. Orange young shoots with leaves and thorns, nicely contrasts older greening leaves.
