Aucuba japonica 'Crotonifolia' or the Spotted Laurel has the toothed leaves (folia) of Croton houseplant. This plant has leaves that are green with a lot of yellow spots. The Crotonifolia leaves are also remarkably higher than that of its peers. This cultivar will not bear berries. Aucuba japonica is an easy plant that barely needs maintenance. The tree prefers a shaded place with nutrient-rich moist soil.
