Aronia prunifolia 'Viking'
The Aronia melanocarpa 'Viking' is a deciduous shrub with matt dark green leaves that turn dark purple-red in autumn. It has large clusters of pink-tinged white flowers that grow during late spring and eventually turn into large purple-black berries. Viking grows up to 2 m tall. His berries are edible and very astringent when raw, they also attract birds.
