Berberis thunbergii

The Berberis thunbergii, also known by the name of Japanese barberry, is a spiny rounded shrub with green leaves. Its bloom time is from april to may and it's preferable to plant it where there is a lot of sun. This low maintenance plant typically matures up to 15 m tall and equally wide. Leaves typically get attractive shades of orange, yellow and red in fall.
